Vendor Interest Form | MCC Pre-Ramadan Bazaar 2022
The Sixth-Annual MCC Pre Ramadan Bazaar will be held from 1:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 26 in the MCC parking lot (the MCC facility is under construction and deep cleaning this weekend ahead of Ramadan).

Setup may begin at 12 p.m. Only 12 vendor spots available.

Simply applying does not guarantee one of the limited vendor spots. The Social Committee will review all submitted entries sent by the latest at 12 p.m. by Thursday, March 24. The Committee will inform only vendors which are chosen to provide the most variety and diversity of products to the attendees.

Vendors will each be randomly assigned table space in the Parking Lot. The vendor may bring their own rack (based on the space they pay for during registration). A 8-foot table is provided, but not a rack. The maximum size of the rack allowed is 3ft x 5ft if it is a single rack. The fee (listed below) is nonrefundable once a vendor is selected and the vendor pays to secure the spot. The MCC makes no guarantee of attendees. Historically, the Bazars have been popular with hundreds attending. The bazar is advertised on the MCC newsletter and social media channel as well as at the MCC Jumu'ah prayer services.  

We will allow two fresh food vendor on site. Packaged food vendors are okay.

The rental cost is:

- $80 for 1 table & 1 rack
- $100 for 1 table 2 racks
- $120 for 1 table and 3 racks
- $140 for 1 table and four racks
- $160 for 1 table and 4 racks

Vendors may start set up at 12 p.m. and must have their areas cleared and items removed by 7 p.m. The Bazaar time for shoppers is from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

This is not an official vendor registration form. This is only an interest form. The volunteer Social Planning Committee that puts together this event will select based on the diversity of items vendors sell for one of the limited community vendor spots at the exhibition. Priority is given based on the timestamp of form entry and the type of item(s) offered to provide the most diversity to attendees of the Bazar.

I understand the fee structure for each vendor. Past MCC bazars have attracted 100 to 400 shoppers. Especially as we come out of the pandemic, the MCC and Eid Bazar Event Planning Committee make no guarantees for sale of my products or the number attendees who will come to this free annual Eid Bazar. *
I understand the Exposition is from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and that setup is from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and that all selected community vendors should be ready to display and sell their items by 1:30 p.m. *

MCC reserves the right to deny participation of those who have breached prior agreements and/or deemed noncompliant with their terms. Reservation and full payment is required by Friday, March 25, 2022. *
