The most important skill for the jobs of our future is effective communication, according to the World Economic Forum. Join us to learn strategies to think quickly on your feet, communicate competently, slacken public speaking anxiety, and connect with your audience through voice and body language.

In the workshop, participants will:
• Learn tips in how to reduce anxiety for public speaking through playing IMPROV games
• Learn simple structures to help you think quickly on your feet to communicate competently
• Learn ways in how to connect with your audience through voice and body language

Donuts provided on both days.

The 21st report card will contain 6 C’s: Collaboration, Communication, Content, Critical Thinking, Creative Innovation, and Confidence.

The workshop will be led by Aliya Janjua. Aliya works in a financial technology company in San Francisco. She is a global mentor with the US State Department program, TechWomen, the founder of the podcast, “Confessions of Successful Asian Women”, and is an active member of the international public speaking organization, Toastmasters. Aliya has led several workshops on communication skills globally.
