Message from Facilatator:

Join us as Happy Hearts Celebrates FOODS in the Quran!

In this special “cooking with Happy Hearts session’ we will be focusing on healthy eating, and good habits relating to eating and hygiene. Each week we will focus on a new food that is mentioned in the Quran and talk about the benefits of eating GOOD and HEALTHY foods. We will also be talking about duas we say before and after eating, brushing habits, good akhlaq when eating and more! Each class we will ‘COOK’ using the ingredient of the day!

Class size is VERY limited. Each class will only accept 10 registered students. Registration is only complete after the Venmo transaction has been made.

Our day begins with dua, a salaam/greeting song, then guessing the food of the day through an exciting Mystery Box. We will then learn our Arabic letter of the day with a catchy song and then begin singing our fruits/vegetable songs, and of course reading lots of colorful Islamic and Non Islamic books! Next, join as we recite Surah Fateha and together eat a special snack, and then move on to COOK using our food item of the day. Cooking will be followed by exciting stations and our ‘GUESS WHICH FOOD IS BEHIND WHICH HOUSE’ game. We will end our day with our handheld Fi-Amanillah song and…a kid favorite…parachute time!

In this hour and a half which is jampacked with laughter, excitement, and learning you will also be making long-lasting friendships with fellow mommies for yourself as well as for your children!
