Men’s Self-Defense Training at MCC

Loading Events

Recent tragedies against Muslims across the country and the rise in hate attacks since the election make it our duty to be prepared.

Join us for a two-part precauctionary workshop at MCC.

First, we show you how to de-escalate a situation and to respond nonviolently when you see someone is attacked or targeted. In the second part, highly trained professionals will show you how to effectively defend yourself or others if you are physically attacked or you witness someone physically attacked.
