She is a devoted mother of two wonderful kids: Zaineldeen and Maryam. She has a BA in Integrated Marketing communications. She is a health coach. She enjoys cooking\, skiing\, horseback riding\, and writing stories for my kids. \n\n\n\nHer book series “Zain and Mima’s Adventures” came to life while trying to instill important values in her kids in a fun\, dynamic way. She wanted to show her children love for their Islamic faith and to grow up to be wonderful\, caring human beings. She began by writing stories about real-life situations they went through as a family to impart important values and lessons they can learn along the way. Her children resonated with the stories about them and asked their mom to read them at bedtime each night. After four years\, on a whim\, Eman shared one of her stories on her Instagram. Commentators expressed joy and asked how they could purchase the story. The rest is history …

DESCRIPTION:For ages 4 to 12\, join Sister Emira Mustafa for craft-filled Saturday afternoons this Ramadan\, where our kids create beautiful crafts. \n\n\n\nThese crafts are detailed and made of quality supplies that help achieve lasting bonding memories of Ramadan with your kids for years to come\, insha’Allah. \n\n\n\nSaturdays\, March 23\, March 30\, & April 6 | 1:30 p.m. | Ages 4 to 12 | Location TBD @ MCC | $25/session or $70 for all three | Register at mcceastbay.org/ramadan-kids \n\n\n\nActivity on Saturday\, March 23: \n\n\n\n\n– Paint by Number\n\n\n\n\nActivity on Saturday\, March 30: \n\n\n\n\n– DIY Glow in the Dark Tasbeeh Kit\n\n\n\n\nActivity on Saturday\, April 6: \n\n\n\n\n– Eid Card Kits\n\n\n\n\nNote: No refunds are allowed due to the prior purchase of materials specific to each program. However\, you can transfer or gift your spot to someone else. \n\n\n\nThose unable to attend in person can prepurchase a take-home set for the month. All 3 weeks of activities plus a 4th week activity and a bonus activity. Pick up from MCC on March 10. \n\n\n\nThese are parent-and-me activities. Parents are required to stay and monitor children throughout the event. Only registered children receive materials for the projects. Sessions are capped at 60 children per session. \n\n\n\nMCC has a standing policy that financial need should never hold a person back from attaining spiritual or practical knowledge from any event or class held within the community center.
