We will read and reflect on Hamza Yusuf’s translation and commentary of Imam Mawlud’s classical work\, Purification of the Heart: Signs\, Symptoms\, and Cures of the Spiritual Diseases of the Heart. \nEach session will cover one chapter\, including group discussions and reflections on heart diseases and their treatments. \nWhile we encourage consistent attendance for shared reflection and continuity\, each session is self-contained\, and participants are welcome to drop in even if they cannot commit to attending every week. It takes 20-30 minutes because donors give two units of concentrated Red Blood Cells\, and platelets and plasma are returned. Blood diversity is essential. Now more than ever\, the American Red Cross needs the help of black blood donors. \n\n\n\nBlood donors report feeling a strong sense of satisfaction after donating blood. Why?
