DESCRIPTION:To increase awareness and programming for aging Muslims\, the Caregiver Support team would like to gauge interest in a monthly support group for family caregivers of older adults at MCC East Bay in Fall ’24. The Senior Division of CityServe of the Tri-Valley will co-host the group. Anyone who is a caretaker for an aging family member (60+) is welcome to complete this form at mcceastbay.org/seniorsSome of the goals of the family caregiver support group include connecting with other family caregivers caring for an aging adult\, sharing caregiver experiences and feelings\, sharing resources\, reducing isolation\, and improving mental health through social and emotional support. \n\n\n\nQuestions?
