SUMMARY:The Code of Conduct - Surah Hujurat | Shaykh AbdulNasir Jangda and Mufti Abdul Rahman Waheed
DESCRIPTION:Where do we find our ethics and morals? Is it within the books of the everchanging philosophies of the day or rather primarily within the Book of Allah? We find our guidance primarily within the methodologies of Allah (swt) and His Messenger\, Muhammad (saw). \n\n\n\nJoin us for a Sunday evening with two esteemed scholars\, Shaykh AbdulNasir Jangda and Mufti Abdul Rahman Waheed\, to dissect Surah Hujurat\, a chapter in the Holy Qur’an that gives us guidelines on how believers should behave in social settings\, and how they can increase in their kindness and etiquettes towards fellow human beings. \n\n\n\nThis Surah covers the following: \n\n\n\n\n– How to act when it comes to family and friends;\n\n\n\n– How to navigate unfriendly relationships without compromising the Qur’anic boundaries;\n\n\n\n– How to react when given news of suspicion and defamation;\n\n\n\n– And more!\n\n\n\n\nSunday\, August 13 | 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. | Prayer Hall | $10/person early bird and $20/person after August 6 | In-person or watch online | Register at mcceastbay.org/conduct \n\n\n\nPlease take advantage of the early bird discount. The price will increase to $20/person. \n\n\n\nMCC will host food trucks in the MCC parking lot from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. prior to the event.  \n\n\n\nQuestions? events@mcceastbay.org \n\n\n\nShaykh Abdul Nasir Jangda is the founder\, director\, and instructor at Qalam.
