Seven children are fatherless after a deadly crash Sunday this past Sunday (Feb. 3) in San Francisco when Br. Waheedullah Etimad, of Concord, was killed by a wrong-way driver.

We are putting a call out to the community to bring new clothes, new toys, shoes, or gift cards for the mother and the seven children. The mother shops at Costco

MCC will collect gifts for the kids until the evening of Saturday, Feb. 16. Each child’s name, age, shoe size, and hobbies are below. Families in the South Bay: your drop off site is the Silicon Valley Academy.
Please bring it in a gift bag or wrapped and ask your children to include a card written for the child you are gifting. Please place a sticky note on the gift indicating which child(ren) you wish to receive your present(s):

MCC filled two car trunks full of gifts when they visited us on the evening of Tuesday, Feb. 4. We will be making a second delivery to the family’s home on the morning of Sunday, Feb. 10.
