Drawing on classical models of Tazkiyat al-Nafs (spiritual purification)\, prophetic teachings\, and the timeless principles of traditional medicine\, we’ll explore the emotional and spiritual roots of pride\, envy\, anger\, and more through the lens of your temperament. \nBlending insights from scholars like Imam al-Ghazali\, Ibn al-Qayyim\, and Ibn Sina with contemporary challenges of the soul\, this workshop doesn’t just diagnose—it heals. Following his postgraduate studies in education\, he has had the privilege of pursuing his studies under various teachers in the UK and abroad\, including Morocco\, Jordan\, and Yemen. He is a graduate of the Islamic Psychology program at Cambridge Muslim College. \nUpon his return to the UK in 2017\, he has been teaching alongside other community projects and has now delivered programs in over 50 countries to a worldwide audience of over 40\,000 participants.
