DESCRIPTION:To provide professional clinical care grounded in Islamic traditions\, MCC has partnered with Maristan\, a mental health nonprofit led by Ustadha Dr. Rania Awaad\, to provide holistic\, mental\, and spiritual wellness. \n\n\n\nMeet the staff\, learn about the services\, and hear about how we want to partner with you for your mental health. \n\n\n\nThis event will feature talks by key members of our Maristan staff Dr. Rania Awaad and other staff. \n\n\n\nDr. Rania will also speak in the main prayer hall: https://mcceastbay.org/event/maristan-mcc-event \n\n\n\nAlhamdulillah\, Maristan is officially going to have a counseling office at MCC! Please join us this Saturday at 1 p.m. for the grand opening! \n\n\n\nMCC offers a Counseling Office that offers marriage and therapy sessions with counselors trained in Islamic holistic psychology. Some insurance plans are accepted. California only. Don’t suffer alone. \n\n\n\nMCC offers counseling in partnership with Maristan\, a spiritual community wellness center that provides marriage\, individual\, and family counseling\, premarital coaching\, consultation\, and a psychiatrist (medication management).
