DESCRIPTION:For parents\, families\, and caregivers of individuals with special needs\, join us every third Saturday of the month for a wellness circle with a trained Maristan clinician. We will discuss challenges\, resources\, and strategies for providing the best care for our families and ourselves.  \nMuhsen Calbuddies will be present to provide respite care (signup required).\n\nThese wellness circles are a safe place for special needs caregivers to connect and share experiences. It allows caregivers to share their joys and frustrations\, ask questions\, form friendships\, and more. \nSaturday\, Nov. 16 | 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. | Conference Room | In-person only | RSVP at mcceastbay.org/wellness-circle \nCo-sponsored by Muhsen\, Maristan\, & MCC East Bay \nRespite care will be provided.
