DESCRIPTION:For parents\, families\, and caregivers of individuals with special needs\, join us every third Saturday of the month for a wellness circle. We will discuss challenges\, resources\, and strategies for providing the best care for our families and ourselves.\n\nThese wellness circles are a safe place for special needs caregivers to connect and share experiences. It allows caregivers to share their joys and frustrations\, ask questions\, form friendships\, and more. \nSaturday\, Sep. 21 | 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Conference Room | In-person only | RSVP at mcceastbay.org/wellness-circle \nCo-sponsored by Muhsen\, Maristan\, & MCC East Bay \nRespite care will be provided.
