DESCRIPTION:For MCC’s Jumu’ah services on Friday\, Aug. 11: \n\n\n\n\n1:30 p.m. – 1:50 p.m. \n\n– Imam Mohammed El-Farooqui delivers this sermon.\n\n\n\n\n\n2:30 p.m. – 2:50 p.m. \n\n– Sidi Shaan Mukhtar delivers this sermon.\n\n\n\n\n\n3:40 p.m. – 4 p.m.\n\n– Sidi Dr. Masoud Qazen delivers this sermon.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease attend at 2:30 or 3:40 p.m. to avoid heavier first-service congestion whenever possible. Masks are optional in the facility. \n\n\n\nJumu’ah parking for three services is in the MCC and the neighboring HP lot. In the tapestry of his journey\, a significant chapter commenced in July of 2022\, when he assumed the esteemed mantle of Associate Religious Director at the Maryam Islamic Center. His duties are directed toward the orchestration of education and programming pursuits within the precincts of this center. \n\n\n\nHe also serves as an advisor for the community members on matters of Fiqh and other related inquiries. Please get in touch with him at imam.elfarooqui@maryammasjid.org to arrange a time to meet him or ask questions.Imam ElFarooqui has a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Sciences from Jamia Nizamia\, a prestigious private Islamic School. He is currently pursuing a Masters’s degree in Hadith at Jamia Al Azhar. \n\n\n\nFor parents attending with young children indoors\, MCC offers private mothers’ and fathers’ rooms with an audio and visual connection to Prayer Hall. Parents can watch the sermon and pray while working with other parents with young children.
