MCC does not accept used clothing. The SRVIC/MCC Refugee Support team accepts only new clothing and household items (submit on form below) and used or new furniture (submit here).
To donate used clothing and other gently used household items, please reach out to these two community partners who ship in-kind used items in shipping containers to needy individuals overseas:
- Hidaya Foundation collects from noon to 4 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday at 57 Bonaventura Dr, San Jose, CA 95134
Clothes, jackets, shoes, kitchen items, computers, books, medical supplies and equipment, school and office furniture, toys, and more. - Helping Hand Relief Development collects used items at various times in the year at 3068 Scott Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054

MCC hosts both organizations at Jumu’ah services bi-annually. Please subscribe to our newsletter for our next collection. Please do not drop off used items at the MCC facility. We do not have the storage space and we often must pay to dispose of the items.
