Join our monthly Sunnah Seekers, our monthly kid’s club for children ages 4 to 12!
Each month, Khala Emira Mustafa chooses an Islamic theme and entertains our young children with stories and a craft session. This is a fun, simple, and engaging way to incorporate more positive Islamic values into our children.

Parents: Some crafts involve food items. Please email us if your child has any food allergies at events@mcceastbay.org

These are monthly parent-and-me craft activities. Parents are required to stay and monitor children throughout the event. Younger siblings may attend the storytime in the Prayer Hall. Only registered children receive materials for the craft project in the MCC foyer. Sessions are capped at 30 children per session. During craft sessions, free admission to parents supervising children during craft and children under age 4 who are not taking part in the art.
MCC has a standing policy that financial need should never hold a person back from attaining spiritual or practical knowledge from any event or class held within the community center. To request a financial waiver, message scholarship@mcceastbay.org
About the Facilitator:
Sister Emira Mustafa is the founder of Craft E Muslims, a business with a mission to creatively connect the heart and mind through fun innovative methods.
She has published two workbooks available on Amazon titled “Islamic Themed Fall Festival Activity Kit” and “Practically Preparing for Ramadan.” Her Etsy page features many Islamic-themed crafting kits sure to inspire a love of learning within our community.
