We all have problems. We can resolve some on our own, and others need help.
In this interactive problem-solving workshop, Sidi Masoud Qazen uses the popular problem-solving methodology called Lean Six Sigma. Participants will break into groups and engage in a Lean Six Sigma White Belt entry-level education that provides a foundational understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology to solve their problems.
