On Saturday, April 6th, MCC partnered with Family Resource Navigator to serve 250 families in Ramadan. Each family received one toy for each child, one ten-pound bag of rice, two two-pound bags of chicken thighs, two two-pound bags of ground beef, and a large bag of mixed produce. MCC Girls & Boys Scouts played a pivotal role in sorting and packing all these items. Girl Scouts also collected and packed Eid gifts for more than 250 Zakat-eligible families this Ramadan.
