Alhamdulillah, more than fifty sisters and brothers joined us for our monthly #TeamFajr gathering along with the monthly Qur’an Khatam, which takes place on the first Sunday of each month. We were also honored by the presence of a newly reverted brother who took his Shahadah after Isha the night before and then joined us for Fajr prayers the next day!
Qari Amar Bellaha leads the pre-dawn prayer in the congregation, followed by recitations of Surah Yaseen and Al-Wird Al-Latif (booklets provided) in unison, and following sun-up, Salat al-Ishraq prayer in congregation. We then enjoy a community breakfast.
