Nearly 420 students enrolled in the MCC Sunday School in 2021-22 celebrate the end of another school year with Qur’anic recitations, nasheeds, awards, and special performances.
The event is held virtually and with a portion (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) held in person in the Prayer Hall at the Muslim Community Center – East Bay (MCC East Bay) in Pleasanton, California on Sunday, May 29, 2022.

The MCC Sunday School was started in Spring 2008 with the first classes offered on two campuses in San Ramon and Pleasanton with fifty-five students in rental facilities. Starting in 2010, both schools were consolidated into one location at the MCC East Bay facility in Pleasanton. The school offers a rich Sunday school experience for over 410 students in Pre-Kindergarten through High School. The school is in session from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sundays from August to May.
