The primary responsibilities of the MCC Board of Directors include community leadership, strategic planning, policies and procedures, fundraising and budgeting, overseeing staff, event management, and property management and transactions.
Being an MCC Board member is a unique and rewarding opportunity for self-motivated, responsible, and dedicated community members who volunteer to serve the broader MCC community.
