Rahma Community Center is fundraising on Nov. 9 at Newark Pavilion to raise funds for establishing a Muslim community in Oakley. This project will benefit the rapidly growing needs of the Bay Area Muslim community with a proposed senior housing, a Muslim senior center, a full-time Islamic school, a Muslim community center, a sports facility, and more.
