Back-to-School Backpack Drive

Help MCC empower more than 430 schoolchildren from Bay Area refugee families and/or families who have received Zakat in the past year.

Each child will receive a new backpack with school supplies to help them have a great start to this upcoming school year.

Be a blessing to the community and help us provide new school essentials to these deserving children in our community.

There are four ways to donate to the Sixth-Annual MCC Girl Scouts Troop Backpack Drive:

1. – Purchase backpacks (including supplies) and have them delivered to MCC:  https://mcceastbay.org/drive-donations
2. – Donate via the secure link:  https://mcceastbay.org/drive
3. – Drop off new/unused backpacks and supplies to MCC at Jumu’ah on July 8, July 15, or July 22 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
4. – Drop off/mail gift cards or checks payable to “Girl Scouts” to:
