If you’re looking to strengthen your faith and find support during difficult times, we invite you to join our interactive sisters’ halaqa/circle. This session will encourage meaningful discussions, provide spiritual guidance, and foster a sense of community among like-minded women. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to renew your faith and connect with your sisters in Islam.

Dr. Zahra Murtaza is a Bay Area native who grew up in Pleasanton, California. She has led youth halaqas and taught Sunday School at ICPD and MCC for many years. She is a licensed Clinical-Community Psychologist, providing mental health services to youth and young adults of diverse backgrounds at Children’s Health Council (CHC) and Maristan’s Stanford Muslim Mental Health Initiative. She is passionate about integrating strengths-based approaches (including spirituality) to help individuals and communities heal.
