Based on moonsighting on the evening of Tuesday, March 21, the first night of Taraweeh prayers at MCC will begin at 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, or Wednesday, March 22.
In Ramadan 2023, Qari Amar Bellaha will recite regular 20 rakats (cycles) at MCC’s nightly indoor Taraweeh, which will begin after Isha at 9:15 p.m. (except last week in Ramadan will be at 9:30 p.m.). The Taraweeh prayers are also broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube.

The Tarawih prayers are held indoors with no social distancing in Prayer Hall. Social distancing worship spaces in Banquet Hall & Parent-Child Prayer Hall (women) & Conference Room (men).
After Asr each day, Qari Amar will also virtually recite one chapter online only in his sonorous voice. The daily recitation (schedule) are broadcast from 6:30 p.m. to about 7:15 p.m. on MCC’s Facebook and YouTube.

For Jumu’ah, Iftars, and Taraweeh prayer, worshippers may park in our neighbor Hewlett Packard’s parking lot. The MCC parking security team will stand watch during the prayers each night and direct motorists.
