Discover the Prophetic Seerah through Prophetic Grappling!

For male teens ages 12-19! Join us in an immersive experience where you will learn the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad through grappling art. Engage in active drills and techniques replicating how the Prophet and His Sahaba wrestled.

  • Real-life Wrestling Drills: Practice positional grappling with your peers in a competitive but safe manner. 
  • Deep Dive Discussions: Participate in open discussions on important topics as you come of age as a Muslim man.
  • Motivation and Service: Find the right motivation, unleash a sense of service, and address heart diseases.
  • Religiosity and Reflection: Inculcate religiosity and reflect on bravery as demonstrated by the Prophet.
  • Practical Application: Understand why wrestling is essential and how it relates to our daily lives.

This program aims to be a pivotal moment in your young life, offering a unique blend of physical training, spiritual growth, and community building. Join your peers and embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment!

  • 11:30 – 1:30 pm: Seera and Wresting Exercises
  • 1:30 -1:45 pm: Break 
  • 1:45 – 2:45 pm: Seera and Wrestling Exercises
  • 2:45 – 3:15 pm: Lunch
  • 3:15 – 4:30 pm: Open Discussion and Reflection
  • 4:30 – 4:45: Quick Nasheed/Wird
  • 4:45 pm:  Asr

About the Speaker:

Sidi Muhammad Elmarouk is a professional calligrapher and student of knowledge. 

He was born and raised in the Bay Area. At 14, he moved overseas to Mauritania, where he memorized the Holy Quran. From Mauritania, he traveled to Jordan, where he studied the Islamic sciences and traditional Islamic calligraphy for four years, receiving Ijazas in Tajweed and Hadith narration. From Jordan, he moved to Turkey, where he completed his calligraphy training and learned Fiqh from the great Syrian scholars. Muhammad continues to study privately and has taught the Islamic Sciences for six years. He now resides in Toronto, Canada, pursuing a Master’s in Islamic Theology. Sidi Muhammad trained and competed in BJJ and wrestling for ten years in the USA and Jordan.
