Free Citizenship Drive

Get free naturalization and citizenship help from the South Asian Bar Association of Northern California (SABA-NC)‘s immigration team.

2:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. | Sunday, October 16 | No RSVP needed; just walk-in to talk with an immigration attorney | MCC Conference Room

Attorneys will provide free legal consultation to determine eligibility and free legal assistance with Naturalization and Fee Waiver applications.

Law students and attorneys will be on hand to discuss the eligibility requirements and answer other questions. Those attending the clinic should bring their eligibility supporting documents.

SABA will hold three citizenship drives at three Bay Area locations on Sunday, October 16, 2022:

  • – India Community Center, 525 Los Coches Street, Milpitas, CA 95035 | 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
  • San Jose Gurudwara, 3636 Gurdwara Avenue, San Jose, CA 95148 | 12 p.m. – 4.00 p.m.
  • Muslim Community Center – East Bay, 5724 W Las Positas Blvd #300, Pleasanton, CA 94588 | 2.30 p.m. – 5.00 p.m.
SABA-NC’s attorneys and volunteers will hold legal clinics at three different Bay Area locations to assist those wishing to complete and submit their naturalization application and those seeking information on the process, eligibility, and reasons to become a U.S citizen.
