Practical Personal Finance for Muslim Teens | Financial Literacy & Peace Shaping your Money Mindset

May 13 @ 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm

For youth ages 13 to 18, please join local economist and dad Zeeshan Mukhtar for an interactive discussion about the poverty vs. wealth mindset.

There is a critical need to educate Muslim teens about personal finance.

Sidi Azmat (Zeeshan) Mukhtar is a Bay Area economist. He will teach us the basics of financial planning, how to build a sustainable monthly household budget, save for expenses, and not live paycheck to paycheck.

Do you know how you feel about money?

What are the things to avoid that make the difference between poor and rich?

Teenagers should level set their thinking early on as they begin working, saving, and signing up for college debt.

12 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. | Saturday, May 13 | join in person or watch live | Free; no registration required
