Doris Ramirez Bargy, a Montessori Teacher, is also a prolific volunteer serving the MCC Food Pantry. She takes deserving families on her bi-weekly delivery route as part of her family. MCC East Bay honored her as a Volunteer of the Year at the Tri-Valley Interfaith Iftar on May 1, 2022, at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church in Livermore. MCC Board President Humera Nawaz presented the award.
