What a beautiful way to start the year! More than thirty folks joined us on January 1, 2023, at our monthly #TeamFajr which takes place on the first Sunday of each month. Qari Amar Bellaha leads the pre-dawn prayer in congregation, followed by recitations of Surah Yaseen and Al-Wird Al-Latif (booklets provided) in unison, and following sun-up, Salat al-Ishraq prayer in congregation. We then enjoy a community breakfast and then accompany Qari Amar to Five Pillars Islamic Cemetery in Livermore (weather permitting).
